At present, Centre for Qualitative Research has been working with different donor agencies, national and international organizations on health and nutrition, education, food and agriculture and policy research under her leadership.

He has been 25 years professional experience in development sector with number of INGOs (ActionAid, WaterAid, CARE, Counterpart International), UN agency (UNICEF, IOM), National NGOs & Networking agencies (PKSF, CDF, USHA) and Corporate Agency (IMS-India).
